Get Your Offer Letter
Day 1 – 3- Send passport scan, photo, SSC & HSC certificates + marksheets to Bidesh Pathai via WhatsApp
- Diploma applicants: only SSC needed. Bachelor's: HSC required

- Receive your unconditional offer letter in 1–3 working days

EMGS Payment
Week 1- University submits your EMGS application — you don't do this, we coordinate it
- Pay EMGS fees: processing ~RM 1,728 + eVAL RM 159 + health insurance ~RM 500
- 8% service tax applies on the processing fee
- Passport must have 18+ months validity — renew now if needed

Receive eVAL Approval
Week 2 – 3- EMGS vets documents and forwards to Immigration (JIM)
- Official turnaround: ~14 working days once file is complete
- You receive the eVAL (electronic Visa Approval Letter) — valid ~6 months
- eVAL is NOT a visa — it lets you get the entry visa in Dhaka

Single Entry Visa — Dhaka
Week 3 – 4- Visit the High Commission of Malaysia, Dhaka with your printed eVAL
- Bring: passport, 2 photos, application form. Fee: ~RM 20 (≈ BDT 600)
- Visa stamped in 3–5 working days — valid 3 months from issue
- Do NOT book non-refundable flights before the visa is stamped

Fly to Malaysia
Week 4- Book Dhaka → KL flight: direct, ~3.5 hours (Malaysia Airlines, Batik Air, AirAsia)
- Pack: passport, offer letter, SSC/HSC certs, EMGS Health Report, 6 photos, cash
- Land at KLIA or KLIA2 — clear immigration on your Single Entry Visa

Medical & University Registration
Week 4 – 5- Post-arrival medical within 7 days — blood, urine, chest X-ray at EMGS clinic (~RM 350). Missing this = Student Pass rejected
- Submit English proficiency certificate — IELTS, Duolingo, Languskill, or any accepted cert. Can be done after arrival
- Complete university registration at the international student office
- Attend orientation — timetable, campus rules, support services

Student Pass & Start Class
Week 5 – 6- Submit passport to university international office for Student Pass endorsement (1–2 weeks)
- Collect passport with Student Pass sticker (RM 60/yr) + i-Kad (~RM 50)
- i-Kad is your everyday ID in Malaysia — keep it with you always
- Open bank account (Maybank/CIMB), get Touch 'n Go card, attend first class 🎓
